Interface to the operations control system
DIASSOPweb communicates with the operations control system via a bidirectional web interface, whereby only the data records requested by the customer are exchanged. There are no further actions between the systems. This rules out any risk to the stability of the operations control system. Proven interfaces exist or are under development for most command and control systems (secur.cad, DALLES, COBRA 4, ELDIS III, I/CAD, Siemens, CELIOS 7,…).
Communication system interface
An interface to the communication system (documentation system) enables fast and therefore efficient access to recorded emergency calls (audio file).
Secure quality management
The retrieved audio file correlates with the emergency call recording in DIASSOPweb. This eliminates the need for a time-consuming search for operations and ensures efficient and secure quality management.
