The inquiry algorithms are optimized down to the smallest detail, providing the user with predefined questions as well as suitable response options and results. When an alert threshold is reached, the emergency call inquiry ends and transfers the predefined regional alarm keyword/code to the dispatch system for further processing and alerting. This makes DIASSOPweb different from other inquiry systems that cannot determine a clear alarm keyword/code and transfer it to the dispatch system.

Dual query
A matter of course in times of integrated control centers DIASSOPweb automatically determines two predefined alarm keywords (e.g. rescue service combined with fire department) for combination operations in one query process; three alarm keywords/codes can be transferred for “cooperative control centers”.
Great flexibility for the dispatcher!
The emergency call query can be canceled by the dispatcher at any time (with justification). DIASSOPweb continuously generates a unique intermediate result, which is transferred to the ELS as a predefined alarm keyword/code. An upgrade (escalation) by the dispatcher is possible.
Differentiated by age
Is the patient an adult, a child or an infant? DIASSOPweb takes this into account in its query algorithms and results.
Rare or difficult emergency call queries
DIASSOPweb supports the dispatcher with sophisticated query algorithms for difficult and rare emergency calls (exitus, birth, dangerous goods, …).
Support through foreign language module
The foreign language module supports the dispatcher in his query – switching between languages during the query is also possible at any time.
Dangerous goods database
Maximum information and safety for deploying forces is supported when recording a hazardous goods accident with the help of appropriate databases.
First aid and behavioral instructions?
First aid and behavioral instructions are provided automatically and exactly related to the alarm keyword/code. DIASSOPweb thus guarantees time-critical support for dispatchers (e.g. in the case of telephone resuscitation).
Safety instructions for deploying forces?
When the alarm keyword is transferred to the ELS, the deploying forces are informed with safety instructions for their own protection.
