This year, once again, our trainer team came together for the annual Trainer Meeting 2025 – set against the beautiful backdrop of the Meintzinger Winery in Frickenhausen. In this inspiring atmosphere, we not only reflected on the past year 2024 but also laid the groundwork for a successful new year.
A special highlight of the event was the welcome of our two new employees, who bring fresh perspectives and new impulses to our team. The personal exchange about current industry developments was just as much a focus as the further enhancement of our training content. We worked intensively on new concepts to make our training even more effective and practice-oriented.
Another key area of focus was ensuring internal quality management, allowing us to continue maintaining the highest standards in the training of our dispatchers and emergency responders. Additionally, we discussed exciting new developments in the DIASSOPweb products, which will soon make daily operations in emergency control centers even more efficient.
The Trainer Meeting 2025 was rounded off with a relaxed evening dinner, where we concluded the day in a pleasant atmosphere. Personal exchange was at the heart of the evening – whether discussing professional topics, new ideas, or simply strengthening our team spirit.
