With the Bonn and Rhein-Siegkreis control centres, NoraTec GmbH is equipping 2 further control centres in North Rhine-Westphalia with the DIASweb standardized emergency call query system.
In addition to the specialist areas of medical emergency calls, fire protection/technical emergency calls, traffic accidents, patient/intensive care transport, mountain/water emergencies and severe weather situations, the module for statistics and quality management is also being introduced in both control centers.
A special feature is the “pre-alarm” functionality, which will enable the dispatcher to dispatch the emergency services without interrupting the emergency call query.
The two control centers serve almost 1 million people and work together in a cross-district cooperation that ensures mutual and effective reliability.
