On December 14, a dispatcher from the Hamburg Fire Department successfully performed telephone resuscitation on a two-year-old.
The interaction of excellent dispatcher training in the control center, modern technical support with the resuscitation instructions from DIASSOP and the committed response of all those involved on site demonstrates the efficiency of a perfect rescue chain.
