NoraTec has won the tender for the implementation of a standardized emergency call query in Stade/Lower Saxony with DIASweb. The Stade control center is the 8th NoraTec customer in Lower Saxony to take a significant step towards improving emergency call handling and quality management in the areas of firefighting, rescue services, traffic accidents, patient transport and water rescue by introducing DIASweb.
Important aspects of implementation:
Kick-off event: The kick-off event that has already taken place is an important step towards involving all relevant stakeholders. This is where goals can be defined, expectations clarified and initial training sessions held.
Modular approach: The various modules will allow the system to be tailored to the specific requirements of each application.
