Since today, 19.08.2020, the IRLS Leipzig has been using the standardized emergency call query DIASSOPweb in productive operation.
Even the necessary break due to the coronavirus pandemic only briefly slowed down successful implementation. All preparatory project work was carried out and evaluated jointly by the administration of IRLS Leipzig and the project management of NoraTec GmbH with a great deal of commitment and expertise. Following the successful basic training of the dispatchers, training courses were held for the multipliers, who then independently trained and certified further control center dispatchers in DIASSOPweb.
DIASSOPweb is connected to the ELS Dalles from VIVASECUR in the IRLS Leipzig via a modern WEB interface.
