NoraTec GmbH has won the public tender for the Integrated Control Center Unstrut-Hainich in Mühlhausen and is implementing the DIASweb software modules in collaboration with the client.
The modern emergency call query system will not only enhance the efficiency of operations but also improve the quality of emergency care in the region.
The DIASweb system offers a variety of modules specifically tailored to different operational scenarios:
In the future, the control center in Mühlhausen will use modules for fire protection/technical assistance, medical emergencies/MCI (Mass Casualty Incidents), traffic accidents, eCall/automatic emergency calls, as well as standardized queries for patient transports and intensive care transfers.
These modules enable dispatchers to respond quickly and accurately to various emergency situations and to initiate appropriate measures.
Pre-Alerting and Quality Management
A key feature of the new system is the ability to pre-alert emergency services during the emergency call query. This significantly reduces response times, which can be crucial to the outcome of an operation.
Additionally, a comprehensive quality management system will be implemented, enabling statistical analyses and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes.
The NoraTec training team will instruct and certify all dispatchers in operating DIASweb, while practical instructors will be further trained as multipliers.
We look forward to implementing the project in collaboration with the staff of the Unstrut-Hainich control center.
