The Heilbronn Integrated Control Center is the second control center in Baden-Württemberg to be equipped with the DIASweb modules
In addition to the classic specialist areas for standardized emergency call inquiries (medical emergency calls, fire protection/technical emergency calls, traffic accidents, patient/intensive care transport, mountain/water emergencies, severe weather situations), the module for statistics and quality management is also being introduced in Heilbronn.
As a neighboring control center to the ILS Ludwigsburg, where the DIASweb modules have been successfully in use since 2019, the ILS Heilbronn serves the city and district of Heilbronn with almost 500,000 inhabitants.
