The Magdeburg Integrated Control Center was the next control center in Saxony-Anhalt to go live with DIASweb.
Following the successful implementation of the software modules and subsequent data maintenance, the NoraTec training team trained and certified the Magdeburg control center staff in emergency call handling with DIASSOPweb. This will be followed by instruction in the DIASQMweb module for quality management and statistics.
The control center is responsible for the area of the state capital Magdeburg with its approx. 226,000 inhabitants and 201 km² area.
