From March 19 – 21, we welcomed around 70 participants to our 2nd NoraTec User Conference at the Hotel Tatzlwurm in Oberaudorf.
In addition to news from NoraTec software development, the training department and quality management, we were also able to present our AI-supported live translation speech recognition, which was developed together with Frequentis Germany (“BIFROST”), to our customers from 30 rescue and fire department control centers for the first time. The implemented connection of the “community emergency paramedic” to DIASweb, whose introduction by the ILS Vechta was impressively underpinned with figures, demonstrated another future-oriented solution for the rescue service. An insight into the latest technology and procedures in the field of tele-emergency doctors was provided by Corpuls, who, in addition to their presentation, had brought along an ambulance with tele-emergency doctor equipment “to touch”. A lecture by Fresenius University on the subject of “Crisis and emergency management” shed light on the complex tasks of control center managers.
It was particularly important for the participants to have the opportunity for a lively exchange of ideas and to make many valuable contacts.
