“SPELL” stands for “Semantic Platform for Intelligent Decision and Operational Support in Control Centers and Situation Centers”. The aim of this project is to be able to initiate emergency response, emergency aid and supply measures for the population more quickly and appropriately in crisis situations (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, widespread power outages, etc.). This is to be achieved with the help of artificial intelligence.
