With a successful kick-off, the Graz Regional Control Centre (Austrian Red Cross) has started the system introduction of the standardized emergency call query DIAS(SOP).
The project process and the interface were jointly defined with the participation of the service management, the head physicians and the quality management and training departments. In addition to the software for standardized emergency call queries, NoraTec also supplies the module for quality management/statistics.
The interface is being developed together with the company Intergraph/Hexagon
