Basic training with simulation training and certification
Each basic training course with simulation training for DIASSOPweb is provided by 2 trainers, includes 16 teaching units, a maximum of 8 participants and is held consecutively in-house within 2 working days. Each participant is certified as a measure of success.
Multiplier training with certification for DIASSOPweb
This in-house training course enables multipliers to independently conduct and certify basic training courses on DIASSOPweb in their control center. NoraTec GmbH provides up-to-date training documents for the “own” basic training courses.
Support for the trained multipliers
The multipliers are accompanied on their first “independent” courses by experienced NoraTec trainers. This gives them “more” confidence to use their knowledge and experience as multipliers for DIASSOPweb in a targeted and practical way.
Refresher training
The course participants recapitulate and train fields of work in the area of (standardized) DIASSOPweb emergency call inquiries. The knowledge of the dispatchers is deepened in order to ensure safe processes in the emergency call query.
Individual emergency call training
Courses and training sessions can be offered on request with individual, location-specific topics (e.g. as an advanced training event for dispatchers). The individual course content is developed in close cooperation with the client.
